Prime Children’s Dental Care accepts all health insurance funds but is not a participating "preferred" provider. We maintain independence from all health funds to ensure our relationship is with you and not your health fund. We will always keep your child at the centre of all our decisions around treatment.
We also support the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule, provided we are given current and accurate dental insurance information when the appointment is scheduled. To assess your eligibility, please use your Medicare online account through myGov or call the Medicare general enquiries line on 132 011.
All patients are provided with an estimated financial treatment plan for any dental procedure needed after the initial dental exam. You will be responsible for the out-of-pocket expense. This amount will be due at the time the service is rendered.
